- Guide and coach teams in adopting agile ways of working
- Develop and codify knowledge to enhance our thought leadership
Required experience:
- Proven experience in guiding and developing Agile teams
- Experience as a product owner and/or scrum master
- Strong background in delivery management
Nice to have experience:
- Management consulting/client facing role experience
- Experience coaching product owners and/or scrum masters
- Transformation leadership experience
Required skills and attributes:
- Agile Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and effective application in various situations
- Team Coaching: Proficient in coaching teams, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Meeting Facilitation Skills: Ability to focus meetings and guide discussions effectively
- Client Leadership: Some understanding of managing client relationships, with the ability to keep clients engaged
- Technological Proficiency: Solid proficiency with relevant software and technology tools
- Fantastic Oral and Written Communication: Articulate and persuasive in verbal and written forms, communicating with clarity and precision
Nice to have skills and attributes:
- Business Agility: Experience coaching “line of business” agile teams
- Design thinking: Experience in empathy-led structured problem solving
