In this Manager to Sr. Manager role, you will:

  • Guide and coach teams in adopting agile ways of working
  • Develop and codify knowledge to enhance our thought leadership

Required experience:

  • Proven experience in guiding and developing Agile teams
  • Experience as a product owner and/or scrum master
  • Strong background in delivery management

Nice to have experience:

  • Management consulting/client facing role experience
  • Experience coaching product owners and/or scrum masters
  • Transformation leadership experience

Required skills and attributes:

  • Agile Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and effective application in various situations
  • Team Coaching: Proficient in coaching teams, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Meeting Facilitation Skills: Ability to focus meetings and guide discussions effectively
  • Client Leadership: Some understanding of managing client relationships, with the ability to keep clients engaged
  • Technological Proficiency: Solid proficiency with relevant software and technology tools
  • Fantastic Oral and Written Communication: Articulate and persuasive in verbal and written forms, communicating with clarity and precision

Nice to have skills and attributes:

  • Business Agility: Experience coaching “line of business” agile teams
  • Design thinking: Experience in empathy-led structured problem solving
