- Spearhead line of business Agile transformations, demonstrating deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Coach junior agile coaches to develop a high-performance coaching team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a purpose-driven work environment.
- Lead complex projects with strategic agility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and exceptional delivery standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning their needs with our Agile solutions to drive success
Required experience:
- Experience coaching product owners and/or scrum masters
- Transformation leadership experience
- Strong background in delivery management
- Meeting Facilitation Skills: Ability to focus meetings and guide discussions effectively
Nice to have experience:
- Client Leadership: Some understanding of managing client relationships, with the ability to keep clients engaged
- Business agility: Coaching non-IT ‘line of business’ teams in Agile
- Design thinking: Experience in empathy-led structured problem solving
Required skills and attributes:
- Agile Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and effective application in various situations
- Team Coaching: Proficient in coaching teams, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Technological Proficiency: Solid proficiency with relevant software and technology tools
- Fantastic Oral and Written Communication: Articulate and persuasive in verbal and written forms, communicating with clarity and precision
