Prior to starting Nooma Group, Tirrell was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Products practice, where he helped clients maximize commercial value in Pharma by assisting with product launch, marketing, sales, access, and digital.


Tirrell holds a BA in Economics from the University of Central Arkansas and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

 


Sachin Sanghvi, Managing Partner

Sachin advises leaders in life sciences to execute on their highest impact initiatives while helping build the required capabilities within their teams. Sachin has a direct style that balances a strategic and operational focus.  He is deeply committed to solving the toughest issues and enabling the success of his clients. 

 

Prior to joining Nooma, Sachin held executive operational roles in private equity, technology, and finance.

 

Sachin holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business

 

 

Moeed Saeed, Expert Partner

Moeed coaches leaders in life sciences to think about, plan, and operationalize the future of their organization. Moeed encourages leading with empathy to help leaders find their passion and helps the people in the organization find their passion, as well.

 

Prior to joining Nooma, Moeed was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s digital practice, where he helped clients create impactful changes through technology transformations and enabled new capabilities.


Moeed holds a BA in Economics from Benedictine University, and a JD from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law.
